One drawing in, inspected parts out — here is what happens in between.
1. Send your drawing
Upload STEP / IGES / SLDPRT / DWG / DXF or a PDF drawing on the quote page, or WhatsApp it. Tell us quantity, material, finish and when you need it.
2. Engineering review & quote
An engineer checks the drawing for manufacturability, flags cost drivers (tight tolerances, deep pockets, thin walls) and comes back within 24 hours with a firm price and lead time.
3. Manufacturing
Machining, grinding, EDM, patterns and tooling are done in our own toolroom. Laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication go to partner shops we have qualified — you never have to find or manage them.
4. Production follow-up
We track material, machining, finishing and any partner steps and update you on progress — no chasing.
5. Inspection & dispatch
Parts are dimensionally checked against your drawing. Inspection reports and material certificates supplied on request. Packed and shipped anywhere in India; ex-works or delivered.
6. After delivery
Any deviation from drawing is on us — we rework or remake. Reorders reference the same drawing and history for consistent parts.
