Capabilities
- Fibre laser — mild steel up to 20 mm, stainless up to 12 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm, brass / copper up to 6 mm.
- Positional accuracy ±0.1 mm; kerf 0.1 – 0.3 mm depending on thickness.
- Minimum hole diameter ≈ sheet thickness (not less than 1 mm).
- Bed size up to 1500 × 3000 mm; nesting for best material yield.
Typical parts
Mounting plates, machine guards, gaskets, flanges, signage, nameplates, laser-cut + bent brackets, gear blanks for further machining.
What to send
A DXF or DWG at 1:1 scale (or a STEP model — we will flatten it), material grade, thickness and quantity. Nesting and lead-in optimisation are done on our side.
