Capability
3D Printing
FDM, SLA and SLS prototypes and low-volume parts — prove fit and form before you commit to a die, a mould or a production run.
Draft content. Numbers below are typical industry capabilities pulled from reference sites — confirm against what our toolroom and partners can actually hold before launch.
Processes
- FDM — PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon and carbon-filled filaments. Tough, cheap, good for jigs, fixtures, covers and fit checks.
- SLA / DLP resin — fine detail and smooth surfaces for visual models, master patterns and small precision features.
- SLS nylon — functional parts with no support marks, good for living hinges, clips and complex internal geometry.
Capabilities
- Build envelope up to ~300 × 300 × 400 mm (larger parts split and bonded).
- Layer height 0.05 – 0.3 mm depending on process and finish required.
- Typical accuracy ±0.2 mm or ±0.2 % of nominal, whichever is greater.
- Finishing — support removal, sanding, vapour smoothing, priming and painting on request.
Where it saves money
- Check assembly fit before cutting a ₹-lakh die or mould.
- Print the casting pattern instead of making one in wood — see Casting Patterns.
- Jigs, fixtures, gauges and soft jaws for our own shop floor, made overnight.
