Sheet Metal Fabrication
Enclosures, panels, chassis, brackets and covers — laser cut, punched, bent, welded and finished to your drawing, through fabrication partners we have worked with for years.
Draft content. Numbers below are typical industry capabilities pulled from reference sites — confirm against what our toolroom and partners can actually hold before launch.
Processes
- Cutting — fibre laser cutting of sheet and tube, plus CNC punching, straight from DXF/DWG.
- Forming — press-brake bending (90°, V, U, step, hemming), rolling, embossing and louvres.
- Chassis & frame fabrication — custom machine chassis, equipment frames, skids, trolleys and guarding built from tube and section, jig-welded and squared.
- Joining — MIG / TIG / spot welding, tube and section welding, riveting, PEM hardware insertion (nuts, studs, standoffs).
- Finishing — powder coating, zinc plating, galvanising, anodising, silkscreen and laser marking.
Capabilities
- Sheet thickness 0.5 – 6 mm (up to 12 mm structural plate on request).
- Cutting tolerance ±0.1 – 0.25 mm; bend angle ±0.5°; bend length ±0.25 mm.
- Bed size up to 1500 × 3000 mm; press brake up to 3 m.
- Materials: CRCA, HR, galvanised steel, SS 304 / 316, aluminium 5052 / 6061, brass, copper.
Design tips that cut cost
- Keep holes at least (thickness + bend radius + 1 mm) away from bend lines.
- Standardise hole sizes and bend angles so the same tooling is used throughout.
- Ask for a flat-pattern check if you are unsure about K-factor — we do this free at quoting.
Ready when you are.
