CNC Milling & Turning
Milled and turned parts in aluminium, steel, stainless, brass and plastics — one-offs to production batches, machined in our own toolroom.
Draft content. Numbers below are typical industry capabilities pulled from reference sites — confirm against what our toolroom and partners can actually hold before launch.
What we machine
- CNC milling — 3-axis VMC for brackets, plates, housings and manifolds; 4-axis for indexed features and single-setup accuracy on multi-face parts.
- CNC turning — shafts, bushes, pins, flanges, threaded and grooved components on slant-bed lathes; live-tooling mill-turn for cross holes and flats.
- Secondary operations — drilling, tapping, reaming, deburring, heat treatment and finishing arranged as part of the same order.
Capabilities
- General tolerances to ISO 2768-m as standard; ISO 2768-f (fine) on request, and GD&T interpreted to ISO 1101 where your drawing calls for it.
- Standard tolerance ±0.05 mm; ±0.01 mm on request for critical features (see Precision Machining).
- Milling envelope up to ~1000 × 600 × 500 mm; turning up to Ø400 mm × 1000 mm (larger on request).
- Surface finish Ra 1.6 µm as machined; Ra 0.8 µm with finishing passes.
- Quantities from 1 to 10,000+.
Materials
Aluminium 6061 / 6063 / 7075, mild steel, EN8 / EN19 / EN24, SS 304 / 316, brass, copper, tool steels, POM, Nylon, PTFE, PC. See the full materials list.
Finishes
As-machined, anodising (clear / black / colour / hard), zinc and nickel plating, powder coating, blackening and laser marking.
What to send
A STEP or IGES model plus a 2D drawing (PDF/DWG) with critical tolerances, material grade, finish and quantity. No 3D model? A dimensioned sketch works for turned parts.
Ready when you are.
Send a drawing and we'll quote within one working day.
